All submitted manuscripts are evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process:
  • Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent experts in the relevant field.
  • Reviewers remain anonymous to authors, and authors remain anonymous to reviewers.
  • The editorial office makes an initial check for scope, originality, and ethical standards before sending to review.
  • Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on scientific quality, originality, clarity, and relevance.
  • The average time for the first decision is 4–6 weeks.
  • Final decisions (accept, minor revision, major revision, reject) are made by the Editorial Board based on reviewers’ recommendations.
